Manufacturing Process

The reconstituted Sliced veneers go through two procedures: the bonding and finishing are made on furniture, panels, compensates, floors and ceilings to guarantee the best quality of the veneers and end product.

For finish, sandpaper 180 must be used. The sanding must be light so that the veneers thickness is not reduced avoiding panel deformities. For light veneers, it is necessary to use wood sealer resistant to yellowishing.
